Share Your Project
You send us your Tech Pack, sketch, reference image, swatch or existing sample, together with your quantity, target price, delivery date and brand requirements.
Technical Review & Quotation
We review the yarn, gauge, construction, quantity and delivery requirements to confirm feasibility, pricing and the proposed timeline.
Confirm Yarn & Construction
We source and confirm the yarn, color, gauge and knit construction with you before sampling begins.
Develop the Sample
Once the yarn and specifications are confirmed, we develop your sample and resolve any fit, construction or production issues identified during development.
Review & Approve
You review the sample and send us your comments. We complete the agreed revisions and move forward only after the final sample, measurements and product details are approved.
Produce & Inspect
Bulk production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. We keep you updated and inspect the materials and finished garments against the agreed requirements.
Label, Pack & Prepare for Shipment
After final inspection, we apply the approved labels, hangtags and packaging, then prepare your order for shipment.
