It is time for us to make an action to protect our Earth, we encourage our partners to use recycled and organic yarn, fabrics, trims to minimize the impact to our Earth. In 2021, our company launched a five-year plan to implement a sustainable product management system from raw materials to finished garments.
We have reached a strategic cooperation with China’s top ten yarn suppliers. These yarn suppliers follow sustainable concepts to bring you more environmentally friendly yarns.
Factory Workshop
Own factory is our advantage. The average capacity of the middle, middle-high and high-end knitwear is up to 1200,000pcs. Our factory is equipped with modern knitting machines, including the latest machines for the seamless garments production. The factory is managed by an experienced management team, guided by an “effective management model”. Well-established material supply system is focused on customer satisfaction and strict observance of product delivery dates. The “customer satisfaction orientation” is the main development concept.
Quality Control
GUOOU FASHION implements the IS09001 quality management system and has clear quality inspection standards of product development and manufacturing. Our QC/QA team pays high attention to Inspection reports and daily / weekly / monthly quality summary reports.
