2. Can we get samples to check before placing large quantity?
Yes, sample order is acceptable.Normally it takes 7-10 working days to finish a sample.
3. How do I proceed if I want samples?
If you want to get a sample, you can send us pictures or product links, tell us the yarn you want, and your budget range, we will provide you with at least 3 solutions suitable for your design.
4. Do you provide customized (OEM/ODM) services?
Sure, we could offer OEM and ODM services. We have global design team help to develop for free if you only have draw or picture.
5. Could you support the customized package?
Yes , free design to build the exclusive solution , even the logo.
6. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For customized design, MOQ 100 piece for each style.
7. What about the lead time for bulk order?
The lead time is about 20-30 working days normally.Please confirm the exact time with us as different products and quantity will be a little different.
8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. lt usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.Airline and sea shipping also optional.
