Design & Sampling
Sampling is managed in-house by our highly skilled & experienced design team, with full commercial & production knowledge.
Samples can be produced from sketches, tech packs, inspirational images and swatches or from our swatch library. Designs and technical drawings are made on our World class CAD design system.
Initial sample lead time from stock yarns -approximate 7 – 15 days. Sample development is possible in fine 1.5 to 18 Gauge Chunky fabric qualities
Knit structures and stitch details – Cable, Jaquard or Intrasia knitting is possible.
Manufacturing
As a full-service knitwear manufacturer, we operate a modern production facility equipped with a wide range of computerized flat knitting machines.
Our production workflow includes yarn inspection, knitting, linking, washing, pressing, trimming, and final packaging—each process precisely managed under strict internal standards.
We specialize in high-efficiency bulk manufacturing and small-batch sampling alike, allowing us to respond quickly to market trends and client needs. With streamlined coordination between design, production, and delivery teams, we ensure timely output without compromising quality.
Quality Control
Quality assurance is embedded into every stage of our production cycle. We follow rigorous AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and maintain dedicated QC teams across knitting, linking, finishing, and packing departments.
From fiber tension consistency to seam strength and dimensional stability, every detail is measured, monitored, and verified. We also conduct random inspections and functional tests, especially for fashion-forward or performance-enhancing pieces.

Our laboratory
At GUOOU Fashion, our in-house laboratory conducts systematic quality control tailored specifically for knitwear. From the moment yarn enters our factory, we perform rigorous tests on fiber composition and functionality to block defective materials at the source.
During production, key parameters such as shrinkage rate, pilling tendency, and colorfastness are continuously monitored through national-standard methods like GB/T 4802.3, GB/T 8630, and GB/T 3920. All procedures align closely with globally recognized testing norms, ensuring international compatibility.
These data-driven processes not only ensure product compliance and minimize returns, but also support yarn supplier grading, optimize cost control, and provide clients with trustworthy performance reports.
